We hope you are delighted with your Begg x Co purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all luxury packaging and tags intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original protective boxes and secure them within the shipping carton provided with your order.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel to the designated courier or drop it off at an authorized collection point, keeping your receipt for tracking and proof of postage.
